Q & A
Will hosting always be available from you at these prices?
Hosting and or domain names by me or from me will not always be available. The prices are always subject to change. This is because domain names, hosting services and costs are always fluctuating and usually these costs are wrapped into other total package services I am providing for other clients.
Can you get a full refund of the price if you are unhappy for any reason?
If you pay by Paypal, you could request the full amount of the price returned to you within sixty days. That is Paypal’s policy should you be unhappy with your purchase for some reason.
The full refund from Paypal is a secondary solution, as far as my business is concerned and here is why? When you purchase a hosting package, the rights or lease of the domain name is paid for one year, for you, as a part of the hosting package purchase. The domain name cost (most names are currently priced at $12.00) is nonrefundable, as far as my business is concerned and that is assuming you do wish to retain your domain name. In that case, a partial refund (less name cost) can be issued to you back through Paypal within sixty days of your purchase.
The domain name is acquired for you as part of your hosting package and is your domain name, but if you refuse to pay for it, then it cannot be transferred to you.
If you pay by any other means, the same refund policy applies (less domain name price) during your first sixty days of service.
If you request a full refund from Paypal, without first attempting to resolve your issue with site administration, you lose all rights to your domain name and the hosting account. (This should be a no-brainer realization for most people, so the sentence was added to clarify right to ownership for some folks, based on refunds or non-payment).
How can I purchase one of these packages?
Call 216-233-4443 and leave a message for Sal. In the message leave your name, contact email address, phone number, domain name choice, brief info on the package that interests you and the best time to contact you. You will be contacted by phone(United States) or email (outside United States) to confirm your order request. After confirmation, a request for payment will be sent from Paypal to your email address. Paypal also accepts Credit Card payments without requiring you to set up an account. If you wish to pay for your package by any other means, please address that issue in your message along with the best time to contact you. All information you disclose in the message is considered confidential and is only requested to establish a working business relationship with you.
Following payment, your domain name will be acquired, the hosting account will be set up and information will be sent to your contact email address. Information will be sent to your Paypal email address, if that email address is also your contact address. Sixty days after your purchase, you can request to have your domain name transferred to own registrar.
I already have a registrar and control my own domain names, can I get hosting?
Sure! Your price will be $29.00 instead of $39.00.
What is the up-time on the hosting accounts?
Up-time on the hosting accounts has been 99.8% or better, the last time I checked. I have used many different hosting provider’s over the years and the past few years have yielded zero outages. ( For me, this equates to 
customer’s and no interrupted nights and weekends)
I do not know you, why should I trust you?
I probably do not know you either and can ask the same question, but trust has to start somewhere. The refund policy for this sales promotion has been included to put worry to rest. Try any of my services and then let me know what you think. If there should a problem, I will do everything I can to rectify any problem you may be having with your account and it’s associated services that I control.
What if I change my mind after six months of service and want to host somewhere else?
Most people do not change their mind once they realize they are getting a really good deal. If you should change your mind, any time after your first sixty days, first the domain name cost will be deducted from your original payment. The remaining balance will then be reduced by a prorated amount due for each month of service. For example ($29.00 – $12.00 = $17.00 remaining balance) then if the hosting account ran for six months you would be due $8.50 or one half of $17.00. The final balance due will be refunded to your Paypal account or a check will be mailed out to you, within 30 days of account closing.
Can I get my own domain names and hosting accounts elsewhere and not use any of your services?
Sure, you can do whatever you want. I run a business and provide services and products to customer’s interested in those products and services. If you are do-it-yourself person and want more specific control over your own resources, I would be a fool to try to avert your mission. That would be bad business. On the other hand, if you visit the Host On-Line Shops site and acquire something through my affiliate links at the site, then I would earn a few extra dollars from your initial purchase.
